Enhance by Linda Reib is Hiring a Medical Office Specialist Near Sacramento, CA

This position is for a part time or full time Mastectomy and Compression Fitter. You do not need any experience being a fitter, and we will train. Essentially we are similar to a doctors office that provides items (prosthesis and bras) to women after they have had a mastectomy after breast cancer. We also fit and provide lymphedema garments (compression sleeve, thigh highs, gloves, etc) to men and women. A good candidate will be willing to learn and be comfortable in a clinic type setting. A good candidate will have good interpersonal skills and is comfortable with post surgical bodies.

An average day consists of seeing patients who are already scheduled. Appointments last between 15 minutes to an hour. Sometimes they will remove their clothes for measurement and you should be comfortable with such. Then you will place their order, update their chart, and then follow up to ensure the item was shipped from the vendor or from in house. We need someone who is on time and is willing to learn a new trade. We are looking for someone who gets along with our small office staff and can follow instructions.

Job Description includes but is not limited to:

1. Fit post-mastectomy items (includes prostheses, bras, camisoles, accessories).

2. Fit lymphedema garments.

3. Chart client encounters.

4. Prepare custom garment orders.

5. Follow up on client orders/problems.

6. Handle client/public phone calls regarding Enhance products.

7. Assist clients/shoppers in Boutique.

8. Assist at front desk as able/necessary.

9. Maintains confidentiality and works with integrity.

10. Become a Certified Mastectomy Fitter through BOC within 6 months of hire.

11. Stay current with continuing education which will be provided by management.

12. Treat all clients and employees kindly and respectfully.

13. Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

14. Balances team and individual responsibilities.

15. Attendance: is consistently at work and on time.

16. Follows instructions and responds to management direction.

17. Safety and security: observe safety and security procedures.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
